The best shower of your life
STEP-1: The right water temperature
The first and most important step, and something we tend to ignore often. Lukewarm water is the best when it comes to the shower. Very Hot/Coldwater strips your body of natural oils, leaving it high and dry. Now that the water temperature is settled, you strip!
Scoop out a handful of Baene Sugar Body Scrub, rub it between your palms, then scrub in circles onto damp skin until you feel smoother. Rinse well. This award-winning product is a sparkling combination of real sugar crystals, Almond Oil, Shea butter, and Walnut shell. Now that your skin pores are open, you are ready to step into the shower.
Tip: Brush your hair before getting wet. This prevents your hair from tangling when you’re done.
STEP-3: Shampoo Thoroughly
Take a small amount of Aloe vera and Amla Shampoo that smells like fresh vanilla and massage into wet hair for one or two minutes. Make sure you get the nape of your neck, this part is mostly ignored and is usually the oiliest. Rinse well. This shampoo leaves your hair feeling luxuriously soft, light, and smelling great.
Massage a repairing hair conditioner onto the ends of damp hair after shampooing. Allow your hair to absorb the conditioner for 45-60 seconds and rinse. Do not leave the conditioner on for extra time because it doesn’t really make a difference. The effects of hair conditioners are usually instant!
STEP-5: Cleanse your Body
The scent of the shower gel is very important, it really sets the tone and lets you have a lighter hand with perfume later. Essence Shower Gel from Baene is what you need. This incredi-bubbly shower gel leaves your skin soft, smooth, and feeling sexy. Lather up under a lukewarm shower, unleash a relaxing fragrant explosion that will keep you coming back for more. Use a loofah or bath sponge for added benefits. Rinse well.
STEP-6: Hydrate and Moisturize
Scoop out a handful of hand and body yogurt while your skin is still damp and cleansed. Massage in using upward strokes until fully absorbed. It helps you get most out of any body cream or lotion.
